  • Processing may take longer during peak periods.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Most orders are delivered within 5–9 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location and courier schedules.

Shipping Cost

  • We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.

Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your furniture arrives safely. The specific carrier will be selected based on your location and the delivery method chosen at checkout.

Order Handling & Dispatch

  • After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we’ve started preparing it.
  • Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email to monitor your order’s progress.

Delivery Timeline

Delays

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellations

  • Once processing or shipping has started, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return process must be followed after delivery.
